Shipping policy

Parcel orders

Parcel orders (packs of 1 to 8 rolls) ship from our warehouse in Carlstadt, New Jersey, by USPS within the United States. Parcels ship by USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your address.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 business day of payment, 2 business days at most. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same or the next business day.

Delivery time

After an order ships, USPS estimates delivery in 2–5 days for Ground Advantage and 2–3 days for Priority Mail. These are USPS estimates, not guarantees. Parcels to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer. Orders of 5 to 8 rolls ship as two parcels.

Lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your parcel has not arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date, email contact@nexuswh.com with your order number within 30 days of the ship date. We will start a USPS search and file a claim with USPS. USPS accepts a claim for a lost parcel no sooner than 15 days after mailing. After USPS pays the claim, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Parcels marked as delivered

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered to the address given at checkout, we are not responsible for it after delivery. Please check around your home or building, ask your neighbors and any mailroom, and contact your local post office.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you contact us before your order ships, we can change the address at no charge. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect, you pay the shipping cost to send it again.

Local pickup

Local pickup is free at 99 Kero Rd, Carlstadt, NJ 07072, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET, by appointment. Orders are ready within 1 business day. Please come after you receive the “Ready for pickup” email. To book a time, call (877) 456-4113 or email contact@nexuswh.com.

Pallets

Full pallets of 240 rolls (60 cartons of 4) ship by LTL freight and are quoted per order: request a quote. A pallet is prepared in 2–3 business days and then ships on the carrier’s schedule.
